PureStackRX shows evidence before claims. This page explains exactly what is documented, and what is not.
How the evidence program works
Every published product page carries its Supplement Facts as reviewed label content, along with the date that content was last reviewed.
Quality documents — such as certificates of analysis, identity, purity, and contaminant testing — are uploaded per product, reviewed, and only shown after they are approved. Each published document lists its source and, where applicable, its validity window.
No document is generated or summarized automatically, and no health claim is added beyond the reviewed label content.
